We work continuously with customers to improve our software. This month we released Archer 1081 with features requested by customers to improve their operations and workflow.

Here are some exciting new features available: 

• SemiQuan Mode

  • Estimates the composition of an unknown sample using elements of your choosing. Add/remove elements and re-process to get new compositions!

• Measure Mode and Sample Image Editor

  • Annotate your sample image with rough distance measurements, text, arrows, and more.

  • Optionally add annotated images to reports.

• A new “Go To Point” button in the Quick XYZ Program controls that can be used to move to any point in an XYZ Program.

• No more accidentally closing Archer : a new pop-up will appear when users click the "x" to close the software.

• Option to force energy cal. 

  • the user will not be given the option to snooze if an energy cal has not neen done within the set time

• "When did I last measure this?😓" Now user can see the "Last Measured" date for each standard in a calibrations. 

• Forgot what's in the calibration? The elements/layer construction will now be displayed in the calibration.

• Left-clicking points on the calibration curve now highlights which standard is selected in the intensities table and the standards list.

• See the zoom scale indicator when zooming in on the video image.

• Choose which sample image to display on reports. 

• Save the spectrum by right-clicking on the measurement in the results table.

• Added an optional to export blank trace fields from Export Manager. 

• Increased the number of allowed images on reports from 100 to 500.
