Firma Bowman dostarcza wzorce referencyjne dla precyzyjnej kalibracji dowolnej grubości powłoki XRF i systemu analizy pierwiastkowej.
Dostarczamy folie jedno i wielowarstwowe, jak również twarde standardy w każdej powszechnej grubości, dla aluminium, kadmu, chromu, kobaltu, miedzi, złota, żelaza, indu, ołowiu, niklu i niklu bezprądowego, palladu, platyny, rodu , srebro, tantal, cyna, tytan i cynk.

Wzorce Kalibracyjne XRF i Certyfikacja
Sklepy z PCB, producenci OEM i dostawcy kontraktowi w Ameryce Północnej ufają dziesięcioletniemu doświadczeniu Bowmana w precyzyjnych testach rentgenowskich w celu zapewnienia dokładności ich pomiarów. Bowman dostarcza folie jedno- i wielowarstwowe oraz twarde standardy dla wszystkich urządzeń i aplikacji XRF.
Dzięki certyfikacji analizatora XRF dokonujemy kalibracji i certyfikacji Państwa sprzętu XRF zgodnie ze wzorcami NIST*, a także potwierdzamy obecne Państwa wzorce referencyjne.
Procedury kalibracji XRF są przeprowadzane wewnętrznie w laboratorium Bowman akredytowanym zgodnie z ISO / IEC 17025.
